Speaker Bio: Jay Chapman is a senior EPM consultant with Sierra-Cedar. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, system implementation, planning, and financial analysis in higher education within both the public and private spheres. He specializes in Hyperion Planning, Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS), and Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud (EPRCS).

Jay has both technical and functional expertise, which allows him to better align business requirements with the right-fit solution. Before consulting, Jay was a senior budget analyst whose responsibilities included developing and monitoring the annual operating budget as well as serving as the system administrator for Hyperion’s Public Sector Planning and Budgeting. Specifically, he handled position management, legislative reporting, account reconciliation approvals, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue and expense projections.

In his spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, cooking, and cheering on the USC Trojans.
