Technologies or Products Used: PBCS, OACS

Session Summary for Attendees:  In a world where data is king and analytics is a hot topic for all modern business leadership, we find we can achieve business value through a quick rollout of OACS for PBCS reporting, dashboarding, and advanced visualizations. These projects are not typically big projects but do deliver huge business value by providing the advanced analytics capability of OACS, while leveraging the models defined in PBCS as the source.
While PBCS has its own reporting & dashboarding capability, OACS extends this capability through enterprise-grade dashboarding & visualizations, enterprise reporting capability (the ability to report data from many systems centrally), the ability to access and drill down on data across various systems (e.g., drill through to source transactions), and finally by extending PBCS data to non-PBCS users.

In this session we will cover how advanced analytics and visualizations can be achieved in a quick, easy and cost-effective way for PBCS using OACS. This session will also cover the reporting and dashboarding capability of PBCS as compared to OACS and which tool is best for which business outcome.

During this session, attendees will:
• Learn about the benefits of OACS for PBCS
• Learn about the difference in reporting/dashboarding capabilities between PBCS & OACS
• Learn about PBCS & OACS Common ground Smart View
• Learn how to extend PBCS data to users outside PBCS
